Please be aware that online purchases can only returned through mail. After you receive your package, you have 14 days to send us the return.
Due to hygienic concerns, items including swimwear, underwear, pierced earrings, cosmetics, and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Please send the product back in its original packing to guarantee a smooth return & exchange.
How to Return & Exchange a product?
By taking the following actions, returning and exchanging product is simple:
1. Register your return by mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the items you wish to return. All you need to schedule collection of your return is your order number.
2. Put the products you want to return in an appropriate bag or box, such as the one your package came in. You can register your return by mailing or contacting us directly.
You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of the package after we have received your return cargo in our warehouse. Please give this process up to 14 days. Please get in touch with us if, after 14 days, you haven't received the email.
Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. Because of this, we allow exchange of any item (excluding accessories and gift cards) purchased on the official website, ogandco.world, within 7 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned for exchange in excellent condition or in their original packaging. The product must be unworn, unwashed, free of hair, deodorant, cosmetics, or other noticeable odors, as well as having any original tags, if any, and be in great shape. Verification is required for any product(s) returned due to a potential problem. You can only exchange products.
For Cancellations, please contact us via contact us page. Requests received later than 12 business hours prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Our cancellation policy has the following exceptions:
- The order CANNOT BE CANCELLED, IF IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED FROM THE STORE/WAREHOUSE.
- NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED for those products that OG&co marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- NO CANCELLATION is provided on items under discounted prices.
Note that there is NO ONLINE TOOL, as of now, for cancellation of orders and it can only be done by directly reaching us through the number at our website.
The apparels booked first go through a process of proper checking, that we do personally, after which it is shipped to you. As customer satisfaction and happiness are of prime concern to us, we make sure that the products being shipped, are free from defects, and the best of the lot.
A slight variation could be observed in the color/ appearance of the apparels available online owing to the camera effect. But, the delivered apparel will be of the same color and size that has been ordered.
OG&co DOES NOT REFUND OR RETURN the products once the shipping is done. Only exchange can be provided if the condition of the product is in the excellent condition.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IT TAKES 8 TO 10 DAYS FOR THE ORDERS TO GET DELIVERED
FOR SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA, IT TAKES 2-3 DAYS WITHIN HYDERABAD AND 6-7 DAYS FOR OTHER METRO CITIES FOR THE ORDERS TO GET DELIVERED.

At OG&co, shipping will be done according to weight and not on per piece basis.(Cost / Weight Policy)
We charge 100/kg on shipments. Weights will be standard for each vertical. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies/ speed post.
WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING TO OUR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS (2-3 Days for DELIVERIES WITHIN HYDERABAD AND 7 DAYS FOR OTHER METRO CITIES)
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier Delhivery and/or international speed post only. (Shipping Internationally - Rs. 100/kg increases with number of products and the weight)

OG&co is NOT LIABLE for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). OG&co is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
